How orders will reach you once we open.

We are not processing orders yet. Once we open, processing times will be shown on each product page, and larger items and custom configurations will carry their own lead times.
Delivery estimates will be displayed by product when ordering officially opens.
Shipping costs, including any freight charges for oversized items, will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We will publish the full cost structure here before accepting any order.
Once we begin shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Much of our catalog is equipment that ships by freight — large-format displays, screens, and workspace furniture. Delivery-appointment scheduling, liftgate, and inside-delivery options are part of how we plan to operate, and the specifics will be published at launch.
